What is Claude Design MCP?

A Claude Design MCP connection is how a design-forward agent talks to other tools. Claude Design (Anthropic, launched April 2026) drafts prototypes, decks, and on-brand visuals from a prompt. Its official MCP server lets Claude Code and other MCP clients create and edit those designs.
