One board for your organic posts and paid ads, and a Connection Library that ties every account to the right brand.
Channels is where finished creative moves into market. Connections is where your accounts live. This course walks through both: how an account attaches to exactly one brand, how a post travels from draft to published, what the scheduler does every five minutes, and how to work cleanly across many brands.
Anyone who publishes for a brand in Ad Legends. If you run one brand, lessons 1 to 3 cover everything you'll touch. If you manage several brands, lesson 4 is the one that saves you from posting through the wrong account. Lesson 5 is a precise mechanical map, written so both people and AI agents can follow the system end to end.
You'll connect the right accounts to the right brand, stage work from Fast Social and Fast Ads, schedule a week of posts, publish now when you want it live now, read every status on the board, and fix the common snags: a missing Facebook Page, an expired connection, an Instagram post with no image.
Organic publishing is live for Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, LinkedIn personal profiles, X, and TikTok. The paid lane validates your ads and keeps them export-ready; live paid push is coming. LinkedIn company pages are in the works. Channels is in early access while platform app reviews complete, so you may need to request access first.
Facebook only shares the Pages you allowed the first time you connected. In the account picker, click the button labeled Don't see your Page? and Ad Legends asks Meta again. Facebook will lead with a Continue-as screen that silently reuses your old settings. Choose Edit settings instead, check the Pages you want to add, and leave Pages that other brands use checked, because unchecking a Page there revokes it for every brand. Then pick which Pages belong to this brand back in Ad Legends.
Your board is probably scoped to a different brand. Every item on the Channels board belongs to one brand, and the board shows one brand at a time or all brands together. Use the Viewing switcher at the top of /channels and pick All brands. Staged work is never deleted by scoping; it is only filtered out of view.
The platform's access token for that account has expired, so Ad Legends can no longer publish through it. The row shows the honest state even if the platform last reported the connection as active. Click Reconnect to run the connect flow again; publishing resumes once the connection is healthy.
Yes. Connections attach per brand, so you connect the same login on each brand that needs it, and the account picker decides which Pages belong to which brand. If an account is already connected on another brand, Ad Legends shows a confirmation dialog naming that brand before it opens the connect window, so you always know the destination.
At least one image or video. If a staged post has no image, the board offers Generate image right on the item, which creates one for 1 credit. Publishing an image-less Instagram post fails validation before anything is sent, and the failure message points you to Generate image.
No. The paid lane does not push live ads yet. A Google Ads publish runs a validation-only push and reports Validated, ready for launch. Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads report that paid publishing is not live yet and your ad stays validated and export-ready. Nothing spends money from the Channels board today.
