Connecting Your Accounts to the Right Brand

Instagram connects through your Facebook login. Your Instagram account must be a business account linked to a Facebook Page. On /connections, pick the brand, click Connect on Instagram, approve the Meta login, then use the account picker to choose which Pages and Instagram accounts belong to that brand.

Because one Facebook login often manages Pages for several different brands. Auto-attaching everything it finds would put another brand's Pages on this brand, which is a wrong-brand publishing hazard. So discovered accounts land pending, and you pick which belong to this brand. Name matches are pre-checked, and accounts already on another brand default unchecked.

Ad Legends shows a confirmation dialog first, naming the brand where that platform is already connected and the brand you are about to connect it to. Nothing attaches until you explicitly confirm the destination.
